Plants motivate our consciousness to ground and remember our nature. Like a human, every plant is different. Some are calming, others energetic, and some balancing. They are in everything and all around us; but in our society, they have also been forgotten.
We feel inspired to implement the magic and wisdom of plants into all that we do,
Plants motivate our consciousness to ground and remember our nature. Like a human, every plant is different. Some are calming, others energetic, and some balancing. They are in everything and all around us; but in our society, they have also been forgotten.
We feel inspired to implement the magic and wisdom of plants into all that we do, especially integrating with what we eat and what we wear. We are determined to remember our roots and further extract the special nectar inside of our hearts. We are kind of like plants in that way… needing be coaxed to release our medicine.
Creative expression is boundless. To release energy in the form of an art is to channel it in a healthy way. Quite often, our emotions become manifestations of unreleased energy, energy we are not willing to let go of, holding on for dear life, and only hurting ourselves (perhaps even others) in the process.

Creative expression is boundless. To release energy in the form of an art is to channel it in a healthy way. Quite often, our emotions become manifestations of unreleased energy, energy we are not willing to let go of, holding on for dear life, and only hurting ourselves (perhaps even others) in the process.
But that isn’t to say that creative expression has to be about anger or sadness. It can cover the entire spectrum of feeling. It can become poetry, choreography, paint, interior design. It can be floral arrangements, architecture, graffiti, music… and beyond. We are here for it all.
Expression is an integral part of our spiritual experience in a human body. We came here to play, so let’s do so unapologetically!

For example:
Being considerate of all things and beings around us, and moving in a way that grants respect to all involved.
Eating slowly with the mouth closed and feeling gratitude for each bite.

These are just a few examples, but there really are infinite ways to be mindful, and just as many to become it, too. We all start somewhere on this path of constant evolution. Yoga and meditation are major tools to begin cultivating more mindfulness into your daily existence.
